What began as a small specialty running store on Mills Avenue nearly 50 years ago helped launch Orlando’s running community. As we approach our golden anniversary, we honor the iconic moments that shaped our journey—from grassroots events in the 1970s to the thriving community of runners and walkers we continue to serve today.
A Golden Timeline
- December 2026: 50th Running of OUC Orlando Half Marathon
- March 2027: 50th Running of AdventHealth Winter Park Road Race 10K
- August 2027: 50th Anniversary of Track Shack and the Track Shack Running Series presented by AdventHealth
- September 2027: 50th Running of AdventHealth Lady Track Shack 5K
